Fellow American Patriot,
We experienced a tremendous victory for Constitutional America on November 2nd. Every conservative in the United States sent a message to both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue---the White House and Congress. And, every Member of Congress---Representatives and Senators alike---in the country (except the far left members who were able to use MoveOn.org and ACORN to save their jobs) got the message.
Over the past two years, the American people looked at what was going on in Washington, D.C., and they became increasingly worried. Not only were the liberal political leaders ignoring our nation's ongoing job crisis; their big-government policies and out-of-control spending were causing some to wonder about the future of the American dream itself.
American voters sent a resounding message to Barack Hussein Obama. However, he did NOT take "ownership" of the electoral rout. Personally. Mr. Obama claimed that there was discontent only because jobs did not appear fast enough. What? Again, this Administration remains out of touch with what America thinks---even when 62-plus seats in the House of Representatives changed hands.
A majority of the American people want---no, they demand---a litany of changes to take place across the nation when the 112th Congress convenes on January 3, 2011.
A majority of Americans expect Congress to repeal Obamacare quickly, with the same decisiveness that the voters restored the House of Representatives to conservative control.
A majority of the voters watched the November 2 exit polling that clearly showed that those who voted favored the conservative candidates by 3 to 7 points, only to see those same candidates lose by "like" margins. The American people want---no, they demand---Congressional hearings to uncover the fraud that flip-flopped those elections. They expect---no, they demand---that the House of Representatives, and/or the Senate, which have the final word on election outcome disputes in their respective bodies, take the initiative, and award those seats to the conservative candidates that the voters, in actuality, elected. In other words, they want no more of the voter fraud and voter intimidation that plagued the 2008 election!
The United States Justice Foundation is working across the United States to expose this voter fraud, and to assist the American people in their DEMAND for an investigation into these allegations! We cannot trust the U. S. Department of Justice (DOJ), under this Administration, to do their job. We've already experienced that, especially concerning protecting our southern border. We need an "independent prosecutor" to investigate the evidence of vote fraud that exists across the country. The American people are no longer willing to accept vote fraud as a reasonable expectation in elections because, allegedly, "both sides do it." Vote fraud is a crime even if "both sides do it." Voter fraud is a crime that robs you of the government that you voted for. And, those who engage in it need to go to jail.

A majority of Americans believe that rampant fraud was committed by "get-out-and-vote" advocacy groups. These citizens expect---no, they demand---that Congressional investigations be launched into the vote-gathering tactics in every city, county, and State where the ballots in the ballot boxes exceed the number of votes legitimately cast, where properly registered voters (from either party) were refused the right to cast their vote, where pre-punched ballots for Harry Reid were given out in Nevada, or where vote fraud of any type was reported to, and ignored by, poll officials. Most of all, those states like Illinois and New York, where State or county officials responsible for delivering ballots to US servicemen and woman serving around the world did not comply with the law, and America's fighting men and women were denied a basic right that they are dying for in foreign lands to provide to others---the right to vote---must be investigated!

USJF is now aiding in the absentee ballot and write-in ballot count in the State of Alaska. I've seen the voter fraud firsthand! Please, I ask you to join us in this all-out war that is stealing good government from all of us.
The USJF EMAIL HOTLINE that we set up for Election Day and Election Night voter fraud told a tremendous story about the depths that apparent losers might go just to win an election.
The Chicago political "machine" that helped Barack Obama's political career is well known for its ability to manipulate an election. Voter fraud and cheating are staples of the Chicago-style politics that Mr. Obama, even now, continues to nurture.
I could spend volumes and volumes of pointing out voter fraud from last week. But, for right now, I'll just point out a few quick ones:
In Boulder City, Nevada, when voters cast their ballots for conservative Sharron Angle for U. S. Senate, they discovered that the touch-screen voter machine was already pre-set for Harry Reid, according to Fox 5 News in Las Vegas.
Harrah's Casino "urged" their workers to vote for Harry Reid; and even took them to vote at their polling stations.
In New Bern, North Carolina, Sam Laughinghouse said that he pushed the button to vote Republican in all races, but the voting machine screen displayed a ballot with all Democrats checked. He cleared the screen and tried again with the same result.
The return address on 250 absentee ballot applications in Bridgeport, Connecticut, is 1238 North Avenue, which just happens to be a vacant lot.
In Arizona, a federal appeals court rejected a state law requiring voters to demonstrate citizenship at the polls.
In Illinois (although numerous other states had the same situation), military personnel overseas were "accidentally" denied the right to vote. The Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act (MOVE) requires states to mail absentee ballots to overseas troops, government employees, and other Americans living abroad, at least 45 days before an election. 35 Illinois counties did NOT make that required deadline. Worse yet, the DOJ has declined to pursue any punitive action against any state or county in question!
In Connecticut, a "sanctuary city" issued thousands of IDs accepted for voter registration. Yes, illegal aliens might have elected the Democratic Governor of the state. According to World Net Daily: "Connecticut's lame-duck attorney general and new senator-elect, Richard Blumenthal, is obligated to investigate credible accusations of voter fraud that linger in the state's gubernatorial election---including possible illegal alien voting---despite Republican candidate Tom Foley's concession to Democratic opponent Daniel Malloy, charges the GOP's attorney general candidate in the election, Martha Dean. Dean, who is considering further legal action challenging the eligibility of her victorious Democratic opponent, argued Blumenthal is sworn to uphold the federal and state constitutions, making it his obligation to investigate voter fraud 'without regard to whether it has been requested or approved by the secretary of state.'"
There were severe voter irregularities in the close election of Patty Murray in Washington State.

I know exactly what you are thinking---ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
All Americans are extremely grateful for the tremendous victory over socialism in this past election. But it is very, very possible that many more victories could have been won---if the ballots, voting machines, and polling places were handled with professionalism, and not with a fraudulent view for victory... AT ANY COST!
That is what continues to drive this Administration---victory at any cost!
Quite frankly, that "someone" needs to "MAN UP" to the defeat of the socialism of Barack Obama on November 2nd.
But I need your help right away. We have staff members and volunteers who are dedicated to following up on every voter fraud case that has been reported.
