Here is video of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius admitting during a Congressional Hearing that the Obama Administration has double-counted $500 Billion which they are applying to both Medicare and the funding of ObamaCare. She tried to avoid the question put to her by GOP Rep. John Shimkus, but eventually just gave up and said the money is being applied to “both.”
