The U. S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) recently admitted it had caught-and-released 506,232 illegal aliens who are now FUGITIVES!



That is more than the population of Sacramento, California.



YES, you read that correctly.



OVER ONE HALF MILLION ILLEGAL ALIENS HAVE BEEN ARBITRARILY RELEASED.



These are NOT illegal immigrants who were captured and then driven to the border and released back to Mexican authorities---these are fugitive illegal aliens who were apprehended by ICE for being in the United States ILLEGALLY. They were released ahead of their court proceedings and deemed "fugitive" when they failed to appear in court. They are genuine fugitives from the law.



What is a fugitive from the law: "A fugitive is an individual who has a final order of removal and has absconded." In the military, it is called AWOL---absent without leave. In civilian courts, when someone does not show up for a court hearing, they are a "fugitive" from the law. It's that simple/



These OVER ONE-HALF MILLION INDIVIDUALS have been found legally deportable and have evaded authorities.



Where is the safety and security of our great land? It is almost non-existent!



What are the ICE authorities doing on our southern border? Is it an "Obama administration conspiracy" to permit more individuals in the country to win a November election or two?



You be the judge. But this demands an IMMEDIATE investigation by our United States Congress. We need you to fax every Member of Congress and force them get to the bottom of this debacle . We are starting a nationwide campaign to help protect our borders from terrorist attacks. Will you help us in this critical endeavor?

The legislation that these illegal aliens are running from is the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. Yes, it was passed by President Harry S. Truman ( a Democrat) and a Democratic-controlled U. S. Congress!



Section 8 of that law makes it a federal felony, punishable by a fine of $10,000 and/or imprisonment for not more than five years per infraction for individuals or groups that help illegals by providing food, lodging or other comforts of life, or even for encouraging illegals to stay in this country.



This law is NOT being enforced!



Who is to blame? You know who is to blame.



We must demand a Congressional investigation as to why this law is not being enforced.

As you and I are more than well aware, our immigration system is lacking in every area. It does not have the support of the Obama Administration. You see, Mr. Obama wants to keep all the illegal aliens here, even the fugitives and criminals, because he is so extremely desperate to receive their vote.



Mr. Obama and his minions are supporting a way to grant "backdoor amnesty" for all illegal aliens. Why stop at the "law-abiding" illegal aliens, why not get the vote of the illegal fugitives. This administration will stop at nothing for political power.
